The Asthma Society of Ireland is a national charity with a mission to prevent asthma deaths in Ireland. We represent the 380,000 people with asthma in the country and strive to improve their quality of life. Our goal is for everyone with asthma in Ireland to live a symptom-free life. We are committed to reducing asthma deaths by half by 2025 and eliminating them completely by 2030. To achieve this, we aim to ensure that every person with asthma has an Asthma Action Plan, improve access to healthcare, and provide equal access to medications and expert care for patients with severe asthma. Our focus is on empowering individuals with asthma and their families through information, education, services, and support.
