Barefoot Yoga Studio is a yoga studio and training center located in a convenient location with parking, just a short walk from Lucan village. We offer a wide variety of classes throughout the day, including hot yoga, yoga for beginners, stretch & tone yoga, power vinyasa flow, pregnancy yoga/pilates, yin yoga, parent and baby fitness, parent and toddler yoga, pilates for beginners and intermediate, Zumba, family yoga, baby massage, fertility yoga, workshops, and yoga teacher training. In addition to yoga, we also offer pilates, baby massage, boxercise, kettlebells, dynamic flow yoga, total barre, mum & baby yoga, and kids yoga. Our center is dedicated to promoting health and wellbeing for all individuals.
