Business Description

Hot Yoga Cork is the first Bikram Hot Yoga Studio in Munster, located in Cork City. Our purpose-built studio offers a unique experience of Bikram Yoga, with heat and humidity that allows for deeper stretching and avoids injury. Hot yoga increases flexibility, strengthens the back and spine, and improves endurance. We offer classes suitable for all fitness levels, and no booking is required, just arrive 20 minutes before the class. Participants are required to bring their own mat, large towel, and water, or they can rent them at the studio. We also provide shower and changing facilities, and there is free parking available. In addition to Bikram Yoga, we also offer Hot Pilates, non-heated Yin and Vinyasa yoga classes, with highly qualified teachers who are passionate about our classes. We have a variety of class styles and levels to cater to everyone's needs. All heated classes do not require booking, but non-heated Vinyasa and Yin classes need to be booked in advance through our timetable, email, or phone. We have a purpose-built studio that specializes in heated Yoga and HIIT Pilates, with the addition of non-heated yoga classes. Our hot invigorating Hot Yoga and Hot Pilates classes help you find your calm, increase fitness, flexibility, and prevent injury. Our Warm Flow and Vinyasa yoga classes are challenging and vibrant, while our Yin yoga classes are gentle and relaxing. All classes should be booked in advance through our booking app, Glofox, which can be downloaded from your app store.
