In 1948, Andrew Boland's sons, John and James, began selling second-hand cars from the family premises. Over the years, the business expanded its offerings and in 1965, opened a filling station in New Ross town. Within a year, they secured a Ford dealership, allowing them to enter the commercial vehicle sales market. Boland Motors is known for its modern and spacious showrooms that display the full range of Ford vehicles. The workshops and VTN center are equipped with the latest technology. The company has received the Ford Chairman's Award for Customer Care and Service.
