"Bump Baby and Me" offers a range of classes and workshops to support expectant and new parents in their journey to motherhood. Pregnancy Yoga classes provide effective breathing techniques and movements to help during pregnancy and labor, while also providing an opportunity to meet other moms-to-be and share experiences. Baby massage classes teach parents how to massage their baby, which can help reduce colic, aid sleep, and promote bonding, among other benefits. Mum & Baby yoga classes allow new moms to safely exercise their whole body while meeting like-minded moms and babies. GentleBirth is a mind training program that helps change perceptions of birth and navigate the Irish Maternity system, providing tools for a calm and confident birth experience. Kathy Milliken, a qualified instructor through I.A.I.M/ Baby Massage Ireland and a Pre/Postnatal Yoga Teacher through The Elbow Room, offers these classes and workshops in Malahide, North County Dublin.
