Business Description

Cavan Kenpo Karate Academy is a renowned martial arts academy located in Virginia. We are proud members of the European Kenpo Karate Association (EKKA) and the Advanced Kenpo Training System (AKTS). Our academy offers a comprehensive range of classes for both kids and adults. Kids classes are held on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 5pm till 8pm, and on Saturdays from 10am to 12pm. Adult classes are available on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:30pm to 10pm. Our instructors, who hold qualified Black Belts, are not only skilled in the art of Kenpo Karate but are also Garda vetted and members of various esteemed organizations such as Karate Ireland, Irish Martial Arts Commission, and Irish Sports Council. They are tutored by Master of the Arts Eddie Downey, a 9th Degree Black Belt, and mentored by Master of the Arts John Sepulveda, a 10th Degree Black Belt. At Cavan Kenpo Karate Academy, we aim to instill discipline, honor, and respect in our students while focusing on fitness, strength, and flexibility. Our classes promote fair play and inclusion, creating an atmosphere where everyone can thrive. We offer both group classes and private one-to-one sessions to cater to the needs of all individuals, including children, teenagers, and adults of all ages. With three convenient locations in County Cavan (Ballyjamesduff on Tuesdays, Mullagh on Wednesdays, and Virginia on Thursdays from 5.50pm), we are committed to providing top-notch Kenpo Karate training to our community.
