    Cill Dara Martial Arts Academy offers a variety of martial arts classes throughout the week. On Mondays, there is a striking class for adults from 7:00-8:30 PM, followed by fundamental BJJ at 9:00 AM and BJJ rolling at 9:30 AM. Tuesdays have a junior/teen striking class from 6:35-7:35 PM. Wednesdays offer fundamental BJJ at 7:30 PM and advanced BJJ at 8:30 PM. Thursdays feature no gi BJJ from 8:00-9:30 PM. Fridays have kids kickboxing from 6:30-8:00 PM, with a separate class for under 7s from 6:30-7:30 PM, and a fundamental BJJ class at 8:00 PM. Saturdays have kickboxing/K1 classes from 12:00-1:30 PM (currently on hold) and BJJ at 4:30 PM. Sundays offer kids BJJ from 11:30-12:30 PM (finishes for the summer months).
