Deposits cannot be transferred to another person, and customers must provide proper identification before being tattooed. Tattoo artists reserve the right to change the appointment date, and if the customer does not accept the proposed new date, the deposit can be refunded. Tattoo designs are prepared at least three days before the appointment, and prices are determined individually. Tattoo artists have the right to refuse tattooing if it endangers their health or without a given reason. They also have the right to refuse the presence of third parties during the treatment. Customers who are tattooed are required to comply with sanitary rules in the treatment room. Filming or photography in the studios is not allowed without permission. The shop offers one free touch-up within three months after the tattoo, excluding hand and foot tattoos or cases of bad aftercare, sun damage, or picking at the healing tattoo. The responsibility for any touch-up lies with the artist, not the studio. InkSmith Tattoo Shop is not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed, or altered gift cards, and these cards are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash or credit.
