D&N Mafia Fitness Dance Studio is a premier fitness and dance studio located in Dublin, Ireland. We offer a wide range of classes including Pole Fitness, Dance, Acrobalance, and Fitness. Our instructors are highly qualified and have achieved notable accolades in various competitions such as the All Ireland Pole Dance Championship and the European Pole Sport Championship. We offer drop-in classes for €15, where participants can join on a first-come, first-served basis. Additionally, we have term classes for €90, which include 8 hours of instruction over a 10-week period. Participants in term classes have priority over drop-in participants. We also offer open sessions on Sundays for €10 per hour, where participants can practice and improve their skills. In addition to Pole Fitness, we also offer other classes such as Flexibility, Aerobics, Step Dance, and more. Our studio is conveniently located on Great Denmark Street in Dublin, near O'Connell Street and the Garden of Remembrance. We also have a second location at the UCD Sport Center in Dublin 4. Pole dancing is a popular form of fitness and dance, combining elements of dance and gymnastics.
