DAR Animal Rescue is thrilled to announce the launch of our DAR Pet Photo Competition. We have 10 exciting categories for participants to enter, and the top 3 photos in each category will be eligible for the final Overall category, which will be judged by public vote. To enter, participants can submit their photos along with an entry fee of €5 for 1 photo, €8 for 2 photos, or €10 for 3 photos. Payments can be made through Paypal or our Everyday Hero page. The competition will run until November 4th, with winners being notified and the Overall category being open for public vote on our Facebook page. We have amazing prizes for the overall winners, and rosettes and certificates will be awarded to the top 3 photos in each category. Drogheda Animal Rescue is a non-profit, voluntary organization dedicated to helping dogs and cats in need. We rely on foster care and private boarding kennels, as we currently do not have a center to house our animals. We also assist individuals and families looking to rehome their pets. Our funding comes from grants, fundraising events, and public donations, all of which are used solely for the care of our animals. We work closely with other animal rescue groups in Ireland, the U.K., and Sweden.
