The swim school provides small group swim lessons for children and group/private swim lessons and aqua aerobics for adults. Dolores also offers a range of aquatic fitness classes, including S'WET Bootcamp, Aqua Combat, Aqua Pilates, and Aqua Natal. As the only Aquatic Personal Trainer in Limerick, Dolores uses the latest methods and equipment to help clients achieve their fitness goals. Water exercise in Aqua Fit classes allows individuals to improve muscle strength and endurance without putting strain on their joints.
