Fit For Me specializes in fitness classes specifically designed for individuals with heart disease, including stable angina, high blood pressure, post heart attack, post heart surgery, post heart transplant, post stent insertion, after pacemaker and defibrillator insertions. We also welcome clients who are at risk of developing heart disease due to various risk factors such as family history, smoking, overweight, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, inactivity, diabetes, and excessive alcohol consumption. Cardiac Rehabilitation, which we offer, has been extensively researched and has shown significant benefits, including a 26% reduction in cardiac mortality, reduction in cardiovascular risk factors, improved myocardial perfusion, enhanced aerobic exercise capacity, delayed progression of disease, and improved psychosocial and psychological well-being. All our fitness classes are pay-as-you-go, with a cost of €5 per class. Additionally, we offer the first class for free. Fit For Me - Cardiac Rehabilitation provides exercise classes specifically tailored for individuals with heart disease or those at risk of developing it.
