Business Description

FX Buckley is a steak restaurant in Temple Bar, Dublin that guarantees the highest quality in beef by choosing Irish beef and the highest grade of traditional breeds of cattle. Their prime cuts are hung on the bone at 4°C and at 80% humidity for a minimum of 28 days, resulting in a concentration and saturation of natural meat flavors and superior tenderness. Their dry-aged beef is described as "buttery and rich" and "earthy and nutty" by experts. With over 25 years of experience, FX Buckley serves Ireland's best steak and changes their menus seasonally to reflect the best of Irish produce, including local fresh seafood. They also offer an informed wine list, cocktails, and spirits.
