Business Description
GROW HQ is the home of the GIY movement and serves as a national food education center and cafe in Waterford City. We prioritize growing delicious, healthy seasonal produce in our on-site garden, and source other organic, chemical-free, and free-range ingredients locally. Our kitchen team prepares meals to maximize nutrition and flavor. The cafe is open to the public and also caters events and meetings held on site. Our education center offers courses and classes for all ages on growing and cooking fruits, vegetables, and herbs. We also hold seminars and information sessions on nutrition, food, health, and growing food. GROW HQ is a place for socializing, eating, learning, working, and playing.
