Happy Feet Childcare, located in Knockroe, Castlerea, opened in September 2011 and caters to children aged 2 years and 6 months to 5 years. Our opening hours are Monday-Friday from 9.30am to 12.30pm. We offer the ECCE scheme, providing eligible children with their free preschool year. This year, we have added a new playroom called the Tiny Tots room, which caters to children aged 2 years and 6 months up to 3 years and 6 months, with a maximum capacity of 10 children. Our Tiny Tots room aims to provide an inclusive and stimulating environment for children's holistic development. We have a curriculum-based service that focuses on developing verbal communication skills, retaining information, and fostering well-balanced and confident children. Our staff work alongside parents/guardians to ensure children reach their maximum potential in all areas of development, including toilet training. We offer a settling in period before the commencement date, free of charge, to help children and parents familiarize themselves with our playschool. Our mission is to provide high-quality care in a home-like environment, where children learn through play, build confidence, become independent, and prepare for their future years.
