Business Description
Ireland's School of Falconry is the oldest established Falconry School in Ireland, offering the unique opportunity to fly hawks around the stunning grounds of Ashford Castle in a one-hour private Hawk Walk. The owners, James and Deborah Knight, have been falconers since 1990 and are passionate about providing exceptional care and a high quality of life for their birds. They never sell their birds and ensure that each hawk is flown every day. The school has received high praise for their management of the birds and their commitment to meeting individual needs. Flying a hawk with Ireland's School of Falconry is an unforgettable experience.
