Jigsaw Meath is a charity organization that offers direct support for young people between the ages of 12-25. We provide information, advice, guidance, and confidential support for any concerns they may have. Our services are free and confidential, and appointments can be made through our Facebook page, phone number, or email address. Additionally, we offer a one-hour mental health awareness workshop for parents and community groups. Jigsaw Meath relies on fundraising and donations to continue our important work. Our youthhub in Navan is a safe space for young people to discuss any issues they may be facing, such as academic pressure, relationships, or substance abuse. We offer one-to-one support, non-judgmental listening, and goal-setting to promote positive mental health.
