The Whale's Tail Restaurant is a contemporary and modernistic venue located in Clonakilty, West Cork, Ireland. We pride ourselves on serving fresh, local, and seasonal produce to provide a soul-satisfying dining experience. With 100 seats available, our restaurant ensures a comfortable and safe dining environment by adhering to government regulations and placing tables 2 meters apart. As a family-friendly establishment, we offer a variety of menus catering to all diets and provide good value options for younger visitors. Our specialties include fresh seafood and smoked produce from our in-house smoker. Additionally, we have a full bar and cocktail offering, making us the perfect choice for group bookings and special occasions. The Whale's Tail Bistro opened in December 2018 and is part of the Clonakilty Distillery family. We also offer a Dine at Home Menu from Thursday to Sunday.
