Louise Waters, the founder of Louise Waters Natural Therapies, has a passion for natural therapies that began with her training in Reiki and Aromatherapy Massage at the Tara School of Integrative Medicine. She has since become a qualified Western Herbalist and Naturopath and has trained in various massage disciplines, including Ayurvedic Massage, Swedish Massage, Indian Head Massage, and Lymphatic Massage. With her experience managing award-winning spas, Louise has settled in her native village of Strandhill and opened her own practice. She is also a certified Yoga Teacher for children and offers Yoga classes for children in addition to her other services. In addition to our mobile services, we have a Treatment & Yoga Studio located on 1 Teeling Street, Sligo. Here, we offer a wide range of natural treatments and weekly Yoga classes, including Aromatherapy Massage, Reiki, Eminence Organic Facials, Maternity treatments, and various styles of Yoga classes.
