Tomás, originally from Inis Oírr, brings his childhood memories and love for treats into the creation of these mouth-watering fudge flavors. Now based in Co. Meath, Tomás travels throughout Ireland to share his fudge at various events. The fudge is also sold by Tomás's son Milo at a stall in George's Arcade in Dublin, and by Tomás's nephew Eoghan from a chalet near the pier on Inis Oírr from March to October.
