    Business Description

    The National Design & Craft Gallery, established in 2000 by the Design & Crafts Council of Ireland, is Ireland's premier center for contemporary craft and design. Through our exhibition, event, and education programs, we aim to inspire appreciation, creativity, and innovation in the field. Located in the renovated stables of Kilkenny Castle, the gallery showcases groundbreaking Irish and international contemporary craft. Despite the recent closure due to Level 3 Covid-19 restrictions, we continue to play a critical role in building understanding of craft and material culture in Ireland.
