Our Story: We are a holistic therapist who is dedicated to promoting wellbeing, with a special focus on mental health, particularly Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and Anxiety. We believe that true healing begins from within and offer a range of therapies and programs to help individuals overcome these challenges. In addition to one-on-one and group therapy sessions, we also provide Kundalini yoga classes and the opportunity to engage in yoga and meditation at your own convenience.
