    Business Description

Rebel City Distillery is Cork city's first distillery in 50 years and the only distillery in the heart of the city. Located just a 15-minute walk from the city center and adjacent to Marina market, we offer tours, tastings, and cocktail masterclasses starting on Oct 28. Established in 2020, our craft distillery is situated in the old Ford Car Factory, a Cork Landmark that has been dormant for decades. We draw on the innovations of the past to inspire the creations of the future. Our first release, Maharani Gin, celebrates the fusion of our founder's roots in Cork and Kerala. As a boutique distillery at the forefront of a new wave of craftsmanship, we are breathing new life into long-abandoned factory buildings in Cork's historic Docklands. Founded by Robert, who brings ten years of fine spirits making experience from distilleries around the world, and his wife Bhagya, who grew up in Kerala, Rebel City Distillery is a fusion of longstanding craft heritage with a splash of experimentalism. Our first spirit, Maharani Gin, is a testament to the creative cultures of Cork and Kerala and offers a truly transcendent taste.
