★★★★★I visited today Friday 06/08/26 at approximately 1:30 pm for a manicure. Unfortunately, my experience with one technician was uncomfortable. Instead of asking me to reposition my hand, he repeatedly pulled my hands and fingers into place. I politely asked him to tell me where he wanted my hand rather than pulling it. He responded by saying he was "in control," which I found dismissive. He then used his thumbnail to push my cuticles quite forcefully, and I asked him to stop. At that point, I requested that another technician continue my manicure. The second technician was professional and completed the service well. I hope this feedback encourages better communication and a gentler approach with clients. Everyone should feel listened to and treated respectfully during their appointment.
