Sage Counselling & Psychotherapy is a private practice that provides confidential counselling and therapy services to individuals of all ages. Our team of professionals has over 10 years of experience and is fully accredited and registered. We specialize in addressing a range of issues that affect wellbeing, including anxiety, stress, depression, bereavement, loss, bullying, relationship difficulties, family history, abuse, and trauma. In addition, each therapist has completed an additional 4 years of training in Child and Adolescent psychotherapy and has undergone specialist training in trauma, development/attachment-based issues, and complex trauma and dissociation.
