Business Description
Skibbereen Animal Rescue is an animal sanctuary that provides a lifelong home for animals that are unable to be rehomed due to various reasons such as breed, temperament, or behavior issues. Currently, we have 106 dogs, 76 horses, donkeys, and ponies, over 80 feral cats, 17 goats, 2 herons, a jackdaw, and a seagull in our care. While we do manage to find homes for some of the cats and kittens, most of the adult cats reside on our farm. We rely heavily on donations as we do not receive the same funding as other rescue centers. Any contribution, no matter how small, would be greatly appreciated.
