Business Description
Smyth's is a traditional Irish pub that has been owned by the Smyth family since 1954. Previously known as Renehans, the pub has successfully adapted to the changing times and businesses of the area over the years. It experienced the advertising boom of the seventies, the dark eighties, and the expansion of Irish film production in the nineties, which attracted crews and post production people to the pub. Under current ownership since 2001, Smyth's holds the distinction of being the first pub in Ireland to be sold through an online auction. Located conveniently for accessing the city or local stadiums, Smyth's is renowned for its great pint and warm welcome. Smokers are well accommodated with two designated smoking areas. The pub serves lunch from Monday to Friday and offers light snacks in the evening, including pizza.
