    An absolute shower of lowlifes. They owe me €250 for a toy that never worked. They refuse point blank to answer the phone. They have the toy and I can’t get it back off them to try fix it myself and they won’t answer the phone about refunding me. I urgently warn you all to stay away from these people. They are very dangerous to have anything to do with. Absolutely zero accountability, their customer service is a disgrace. Horrible people. The 2 women I was dealing with there were as ignorant of people as I ever met in my life. I WANT MY MONEY BACK SMYTH’s, ANSWER THE PHONE
