Business Description

St. Michael's Theatre Centre for the Arts is a community-based arts center located in the New Ross district and surrounding areas. We offer a range of facilities including a 300-seat theater, a digital cinema, The Gallery Bistro, a bingo hall, a 50-seat studio venue, and 2 visual arts spaces. We host approximately 300 events each year, covering various genres such as drama, film, ballet, and rock concerts. In addition to being a venue, we also run a successful Youth Arts Program called Ross Rock School and Reel New Ross, where young people can learn about filmmaking and showcase their work on our screen. We are proud to be the only arts center in the South East with a stage large enough to accommodate large ballet productions. Furthermore, we are home to four amateur community-based theater companies and regularly host charity coffee mornings, the annual AIMS Choral Festival, and exhibitions for the Active Retired. We also offer children's birthday party packages and have a team of friendly and dedicated staff who have been recognized with the Excellence Through People Award for Customer Care and Human Resource Management. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm and Saturday from 2pm to 5pm. We accept all major credit cards.
