After being rebuilt, it was opened as a tea room and gardens in 1981. Under the successful management of Katherine O'Donoghue, the tea rooms have become a beloved spot for visitors. Today, the business is led by Katherine's daughter, Jane, who continues to maintain the character and traditions of the establishment.
