Underdog Boxing is a state-of-the-art boxing and conditioning gym located in the heart of Dublin City Center. Our gym is run by IABA certified boxing coaches and former champions, ensuring that our members receive the highest quality training. We offer Technical Boxing Courses for individuals who want to learn and train like professional boxers, as well as intensive boxing fitness and conditioning classes. Our team consists of a mix of certified boxing coaches, current competing boxers, qualified personal trainers, and experienced conditioning coaches. Our facility boasts 2 spacious open plan training studios, locker rooms, shower facilities, therapy rooms, a boxing ring, punch bags, speed bags, rigs, strength and conditioning equipment, and much more. At Underdog, we are dedicated to providing world-class training and facilities to our members, and our commitment to excellence will never waver.
