Unique Health and Fitness is a gym located in the Monksland Industrial Estate in Athlone. Unlike traditional gyms, we offer a relaxed and friendly training atmosphere where clients of all ages and fitness levels can enjoy fun, dynamic, and progressive training. Our facility, originally a car dealership, is bright and spacious, providing the perfect environment for our functional fitness exercises and HIIT training. Functional training allows your body to perform the way it was engineered, training your muscles to work together and prepare them for everyday tasks. With 850 sq ft of artificial grass and a wide variety of strength and cardio equipment, our experienced and friendly staff ensure that clients are comfortable and training effectively. As part of Team Unique, members receive monthly assessments and program reviews to stay motivated and achieve the results they deserve. Additionally, our center is colocated with Eat Unique, a healthy eating restaurant, making it convenient for pre and post-workout needs. With ample free parking spaces available, we offer a unique training experience in Monksland, Athlone, including personalized member programs, personal training, fitness classes, and a weight loss clinic.
