Business Description
Urban Health is a health food cafe and juice bar located in Ranelagh, Dublin. Established in December 2014 by Dee and Darragh Buckley, the cafe was created to address the lack of healthy food options for busy individuals in the area. Both Dee and Darragh have a strong background and interest in health, nutrition, and fitness, with Darragh's experience in kickboxing, soccer, and yoga, and Dee's background in ballet, yoga, and strength training. The cafe offers a range of healthy breakfast and lunch options, as well as real nutritional supplements and dietary requirements. Additionally, Urban Health is vegan-friendly and also houses a yoga and pilates studio above the cafe.
