Wild Irish Foragers is a small, family-owned farm in the heart of the Irish Midlands that specializes in producing a range of wild food products. Our product range includes a variety of syrup concentrates, fruit cheese pots, shrubs, and preserves, all made from foraged ingredients found in the Irish countryside. Some of our standout products include our Rosehip Syrup Concentrate, which was a finalist at the Blas na hEireann 2013 awards and won the "Best Beverage" category at the Listowel Food Awards in 2014. Our Elderberry Syrup Concentrate also received recognition, earning a Silver Award at the Blas na hEireann 2013. In addition to our syrup concentrates, we offer a range of fruit cheese pots, including Crabapple & Chilli, Crabapple & Wild Berry, and Wild Damson. Our Dandelion Flower "Honey" Preserve was awarded the Supreme Champion at the Listowel Food Awards in 2014.
