Founded in 2011 by Philip and Laurie Hurley, the shop has overcome challenges during the recession with the support of their families. The store is largely staffed by family members, including Kieran and Norma. Liam joined the team in November 2015 and has become an integral part of the team. Wild Side Sports carries popular brands such as The North Face, Roxy, Quiksilver, Berghaus, and Columbia, with plans to add more brands in the future.
