Campo de Fiori - Risto-Market is an intimate and upscale Italian restaurant located in Bray, Co. Wicklow. Owned by Laura and Marco Roccasalvo, who is also the head chef, the restaurant offers a memorable culinary experience with a focus on authentic Italian cuisine. The name Campo de Fiori is inspired by a central square in Rome that was adorned with beautiful flowers in ancient times. Alongside classic Italian dishes, the restaurant also presents personal interpretations of traditional recipes, showcasing the owners' passion for Italian cuisine. Campo de Fiori has been recognized for its dedication to the Italian culinary tradition, receiving the Silver Plate award from the Accademia della Cucina Italiana in 2006 and the Food & Wine Magazine Readers Choice Award in 2010, 2011, and 2013. Marco Roccasalvo is a member of Eurotoques Ireland, the professional association for chefs.
