    The Clonakilty Distillery, Visitor Experience & Gift Shop is temporarily closed for visitors due to government guidelines, but our online shop remains open for purchases. We are a renowned working distillery that produces award-winning Irish whiskey, gin, and vodka. Located in Clonakilty, on the West Cork section of the Wild Atlantic Way, our distillery showcases three beautifully crafted copper pot stills. Visitors can take a guided tour to learn about the history of Irish whiskey, the process of making single pot still Irish whiskey, and the impact of wood on the final spirit. The tour concludes with a guided tasting of our products. Additionally, our Minke Gin School offers a unique opportunity to design your own gin recipe and craft your own bottle of gin in a 2-hour master class, available on weekends.
