Business Description
Malahide Cricket Club is a historic club located in the picturesque town of Malahide, adjacent to the stunning Malahide Castle. Established in 1861, the club offers a range of amenities including two playing pitches, one of which serves as the national team ground for Cricket Ireland. Our clubhouse and bar, open seven days a week, provide a comfortable and inviting space for members and are also available for event hire. With a strong focus on family and friendly atmosphere, our club caters to all age groups. We have five men's teams competing in divisions 2 to 13, two women's teams in divisions 1 and 2, eight boys' teams from Under 11 to Under 17, four girls' teams from Under 11 to Under 17, and a Taverners/Social team. Additionally, we organize Easter and Summer Camps for boys and girls aged 6 to 13. Our ground hosts a variety of games, including club matches, inter-provincial games, and international fixtures, attracting large crowds and offering social activities. Notably, the Ireland vs England one day international in 2013 drew approximately 10,000 spectators. Malahide Cricket Club warmly welcomes new members throughout the year, including family and overseas memberships. Conveniently located near Malahide Train Station and Village, easily accessible by Dublin Bus, and just 10 minutes away from Dublin Airport, we are easily reachable.
