Business Description
The Little Museum of Dublin is a non-profit museum that tells the story of Ireland's capital city in the 20th century. It was formally opened in October 2011 and houses over 5000 donated artifacts from ordinary Dubliners, cultural institutions, and local luminaries. The museum chronicles the social, cultural, and political history of Dublin and features items related to famous visitors such as President John F Kennedy, Marlene Dietrich, and Muhammad Ali. Located on the first floor of a Georgian townhouse near St Stephen's Green, the museum offers guided tours and is open from Friday to Wednesday, with late opening on Thursdays. The goal of the museum is to remember the past and provide visitors with an immersive experience of Dublin's history.
